How much does a ride cost, and how does the co-payment work?
You pay a fare for every ride with Beltax. This fare consists of a flat boarding fee and a charge per kilometer traveled.
Below are the most current rates:

* A medical attendant may travel with you for free only if you have permission from the municipality of Lansingerland.
The rate of €3.17 applies only to kilometers beyond 25 kilometers. Therefore, you do not pay this higher rate for the entire trip.
A traveling companion and children ages 4 to 12 pay the same fare as the passholder. You may bring along a maximum of one traveling companion who is 12 years of age or older, or a maximum of two children under 12 years of age. A traveling companion must depart from the same address and travel to the same destination.
Essential assistive devices and service or guide dogs may travel at no additional cost. When booking, always let us know who or what will be traveling with you.
You only pay for the direct distance from your departure address to your destination. Any additional kilometers resulting from picking up or dropping off other passengers along the way will not be charged to you.
With Beltax, you can travel up to 30 kilometers. For longer trips, you can explore the options offered by Valys.

A different rate applies to the kilometers between 25 and 30 kilometers.

No. You only pay for the route between your departure address and your destination.

You can pay your fare by direct debit.
If you do not wish to use direct debit, you will receive an invoice and must pay it yourself within 14 days.
You do not pay the driver in cash.

An invoice always covers one full calendar month.
The September invoice therefore includes the trips you took in September.

The vehicle may arrive anywhere from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the agreed-upon time.
For example, do you have a ride scheduled for 10:00 a.m.? In that case, the vehicle can arrive between 9:45 and 10:15 a.m.
Be sure to be ready 15 minutes before the agreed-upon time.

RMC issues the invoice around the 6th of the following month.
The invoice for September will therefore be issued around October 6.

About 30 minutes before your ride, you or your contact person will receive a reminder via the Reizi app or by email.
The driver will call you about 10 minutes before arrival. From that point on, you can also track the vehicle in real time using the Reizi app.

The amount will be debited around the 25th of the following month.
The ride fees for September will therefore be charged around October 25.

You can book a ride through the Reizi app, My Reizi, or by phone.
You can do this 24 hours a day via the Reizi app and My Reizi.
You can make, change, or cancel reservations by phone daily from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. by calling 010 – 200 2010.

The driver will wait for a maximum of five minutes from the time the vehicle arrives.
This also applies if the vehicle arrives earlier than the agreed-upon time window.
Therefore, please make sure you are ready 15 minutes before the agreed-upon time.
