Beltax for Residents of Lansingerland
With Beltax, you can travel safely and with confidence throughout Lansingerland and the surrounding area.
Beltax is available to residents who are unable to travel independently by public transportation, or who cannot always do so. The municipality of Lansingerland determines whether you are eligible to use Beltax.
RMC provides the rides. With Reizi, you can book and manage your transportation.
Do you have permission from the municipality of Lansingerland? If so, you may travel with Beltax.
For example, you can use Beltax to visit family or friends, run errands, or go to an appointment, activity, or gathering.
How does it work?
You may be traveling with other passengers who are heading in roughly the same direction. As a result, your ride may take a little longer than it would in a regular taxi. You will pay a separate fare for this.

Here's how traveling with Beltax through Reizi works .

Step 1Received a letter
You will receive a letter and a welcome package from us as soon as we receive your information from the municipality of Lansingerland.

Step 2Activate your travel pass
First, check your information. Is everything correct? If so, grant your authorization. You can easily do this in the Reizi app or via the portal. Once that’s done, your travel pass will be active and you can start traveling.

Download the Reizi app on your phone or log in using your computer or laptop.

Book a ride

Did you book a ride in the app? You’ll receive a notification on your phone when the car is almost here. In the Reizi app, you can see the car’s location on a map. Would you prefer to receive a phone call? Then use our call service. We’ll call you when the car is almost here.

Are you traveling to the day program?
Different rules apply to transportation for day programs than to regular Beltax rides. The municipality determines whether you are eligible to use this service. Your day program facility will then arrange the rides for you.

How do I book a ride?
You can book a ride through the Reizi app, My Reizi, or by phone.
You can do this 24 hours a day via the Reizi app and My Reizi.
You can make, change, or cancel reservations by phone daily from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. by calling 010 – 200 2010.

You can book a ride up to three months in advance.
If you book at least two hours before your desired pickup time, we can guarantee your ride.
Booking up to one hour before departure is only possible if a suitable vehicle is still available.

A priority ride is a ride where it is important that you arrive at your destination by an agreed-upon time at the latest.
You can book a priority ride for:
- an appointment at the hospital;
- a wedding;
- a funeral.
Please book your ride at least 24 hours in advance. We'll ask what time you need to be at your destination and then determine your pickup time.
You do not pay an additional fee for a priority ride.

You can travel throughout the entire municipality of Lansingerland.
Outside of Lansingerland, you can travel to destinations located up to 25 kilometers from your home address.
From a destination within this travel area, you can also travel back to your home address.
