We’d like to take a moment to introduce ourselves. We are RMC with Reizi, and we provide Beltax transportation (Wmo transportation) for residents of Lansingerland.

I received a letter. What now?
The municipality of Lansingerland previously sent you a letter informing you that you are eligible to use the Beltax. For this reason, the municipality has shared your information with RMC.

Here's what to expect

Step 1Letter from the municipality
The municipality of Lansingerland has determined that you are eligible to use the Beltax. The municipality also determines the mileage allowance that applies to you.

Step 2Receive a welcome package
You have received your welcome package. Inside, you will find your letter, welcome card, and personal travel pass, among other items. Is something incorrect? If so, please contact us at 010 – 200 2010.

Step 3Activating the Beltax Traveler Pass
Inside the envelope, you will also find a letter containing your personal Beltax travel pass. To be able to travel, you must activate your travel pass. You can activate your travel pass by submitting your direct debit authorization in our Reizi app or via the Reizi portal.

Step 4Download the Reizi app
With the Reizi app, you can view your trips, see where the car is, check how many trips you have left, and view your invoices.

Step 5We will contact you
Starting August 13, we will contact you by phone. During this call, we will help you get started, and you can ask any questions you may have.

Step 6Book your first ride starting August 18
Starting August 18, you can book Beltax rides through Reizi for dates beginning September 1, 2026. You can do this via the Reizi app, the Reizi portal, or by contacting customer service.

Step 7Contract effective September 1, 2026
Starting September 1, 2026, RMC will be handling your Beltax rides. Be sure to bring your passenger pass with you on your ride; the driver will assist you as needed. Have a pleasant trip!

Step 8You've taken your first ride
In the app, you can rate your ride, book a new ride, or check how many rides you have left. Having trouble? Our customer service team is here to help.
Would you prefer a paper authorization form?
To travel with Beltax, you must submit an authorization. You can easily do this through our Reizi app or the Reizi online portal. Would you prefer a paper authorization? Request your copy.

You do not need to create a username or password yourself.
