How Reizi Works in Lansingerland
RMC provides Beltax transportation services on behalf of the municipality of Lansingerland.
Beltax is the name of the transportation service provided under the Social Support Act (Wmo). RMC operates the service.
Reizi is RMC's app and online platform that lets you arrange your Beltax transportation.
Getting Started with Reizi
Step 1: Registration through the municipality of Lansingerland.
Through the municipality of Lansingerland, you will receive authorization to use the Beltax.
Step 2: Receive your welcome package
After successfully registering with the municipality, you will receive your welcome package.
Step 3: Download the Reizi app
In the Reizi app or on the Reizi portal, you can book Beltax rides, see where the car is, and view invoices. Here's how to download the app.
Step 4: Log in to Reizi for Beltax
To use Beltax, log in to the Reizi app or the Reizi portal. The first time you do this, you’ll need to provide a direct debit authorization. Log in using your card number and date of birth.
Step 5: Contact us if you need help
