Transportation for Day Programs in Lansingerland

Do you attend a day activity center, and has the municipality of Lansingerland determined that RMC will provide your transportation? If so, you’ll be traveling using Reizi’s day activity transportation service.

The municipality determines whether you are eligible for this transportation.

Important: You do not need to make your own reservations for transportation to the day program. The day program location will take care of this for you.

Who is day-program transportation for?

Transportation for day programs is intended only for passengers for whom the municipality of Lansingerland has arranged this form of transportation.

Not everyone with a Beltax card automatically uses transportation for daytime activities.

Who arranges my rides?

The staff at your day program center will arrange your regular rides.

They can track your trips:

• sign up;
• change;
• cancel;
• coordinate with RMC.

So you don't need to book these trips yourself through the Reizi app, My Reizi, or by phone.

What should I do if my ride changes?

Are you unable to attend the day program for a change? Or has the day or time of your trip changed?

Please notify your day program center as soon as possible.

The location then adjusts the route.

What time will I be picked up?

Your day program will let you know the agreed-upon pickup time.

Make sure you're ready and waiting at the agreed-upon location on time.

Do you also use Beltax for your own travel?

In addition to transportation for daytime activities, you may also be able to use Beltax for other trips.

You can book those trips yourself through the Reizi app, My Reizi, or by phone.
