How do I know the vehicle is coming?

Would you like to travel between 7:00 a.m. and 8:59 a.m.? If so, please book your ride before midnight the night before.

If the vehicle arrives more than 15 minutes after the agreed-upon time, we will let you know.

You'll receive a phone call, and you can also see the delay in the Reizi app.

We'll let you know what the new estimated arrival time is.

No. Direct debit is not required. 

With direct debit, your ride fees are automatically deducted from your bank account every month. You don't have to do anything yourself. 

If you do not want to or are unable to set up direct debit, you can still travel with Beltax. You will receive an invoice every month, which you must pay within 14 days. 

You cannot pay the driver with a debit card or cash. 

Please change or cancel your ride as soon as possible.

You can do this through the Reizi app, My Reizi, or by phone at 010 – 200 2010.

Yes. Always wear your seat belt while driving.

The driver will assist you if necessary.

A priority ride is a ride where it is important that you arrive at your destination by an agreed-upon time at the latest.

You can book a priority ride for:

• an appointment at the hospital;
• a wedding;
• a funeral.

Please book your ride at least 24 hours in advance. We'll ask what time you need to be at your destination and then determine your pickup time.

You do not pay an additional fee for a priority ride.

Yes. An essential assistive device can be brought along at no extra cost.

When booking, please let us know what assistive device you use. We’ll then provide a suitable vehicle.

This could be, for example, a walker, a wheelchair, or a mobility scooter.

If you don't know in advance what time your hospital appointment will end, please call us as soon as you're able to return home.

We will then pick you up within 30 minutes at the latest.

Yes. You may bring along a maximum of one traveling companion who is 12 years of age or older.

This person is leaving from the same address, traveling to the same destination, and paying the same fare as you.

Would you like to travel around Christmas or New Year's? If so, please book your ride before December 20.

You can book rides for the month of January starting December 20.

Yes. You may bring up to two children under the age of 12.

• Children under 4 years of age travel for free.
• Children ages 4 to 12 pay the same fare as you.
• Children 12 years of age and older count as accompanying passengers.

The Beltax operates every day from 7:00 a.m. to midnight.
