When should I book a ride around Christmas and New Year's?

You can book a ride through the Reizi app, My Reizi, or by phone.

You can do this 24 hours a day via the Reizi app and My Reizi.

You can make, change, or cancel reservations by phone daily from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. by calling 010 – 200 2010.

You will usually be picked up at the door of your home or destination.

At a residential complex, hospital, or shopping center, there may be a designated pickup or waiting area.

If there isn't one, we'll agree on a suitable location together when you book.

If you do not want to or are unable to set up direct debit, you will receive a monthly invoice for the trips you have taken. 

You are responsible for paying the invoice within 14 days. The invoice includes instructions on how to make the payment. 

Even without direct debit, you can still travel with Beltax. You cannot pay the driver with a debit card or cash. 

Please have your pass number and your trip details ready.

Among other things, we ask about:

• your card number;
• your departure address and destination;
• the desired pickup or arrival time;
• a phone number where you can be reached;
• a device or person traveling with you.

Always provide any special details. That way, we can arrange the right vehicle for you.

Yes. The driver will take you from door to door.

You won't need to transfer to another vehicle along the way. If necessary, the driver will help you get on and off the vehicle and assist you with your mobility aid.

In a residential complex, the main entrance can serve as the door.

You can view your invoices through the Reizi app and My Reizi.

Your invoice will show the distance and the fare for each trip.

You can book a ride up to three months in advance.

If you book at least two hours before your desired pickup time, we can guarantee your ride.

Booking up to one hour before departure is only possible if a suitable vehicle is still available.

Yes. Beltax is a shared ride service.

Other passengers may ride with you. This may add up to 20 minutes to your trip.

Yes. You can request a monthly statement free of charge.

This shows your completed trips, trip contributions, and remaining mileage allowance.

You can receive this overview by email or by mail.

Would you like to travel between 7:00 a.m. and 8:59 a.m.? If so, please book your ride before midnight the night before.

If the vehicle arrives more than 15 minutes after the agreed-upon time, we will let you know.

You'll receive a phone call, and you can also see the delay in the Reizi app.

We'll let you know what the new estimated arrival time is.

No. Direct debit is not required. 

With direct debit, your ride fees are automatically deducted from your bank account every month. You don't have to do anything yourself. 

If you do not want to or are unable to set up direct debit, you can still travel with Beltax. You will receive an invoice every month, which you must pay within 14 days. 

You cannot pay the driver with a debit card or cash.
