How do I pay without direct debit?
If you do not want to or are unable to set up direct debit, you will receive a monthly invoice for the trips you have taken.
You are responsible for paying the invoice within 14 days. The invoice includes instructions on how to make the payment.
Even without direct debit, you can still travel with Beltax. You cannot pay the driver with a debit card or cash.

The vehicle may arrive anywhere from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the agreed-upon time.
For example, do you have a ride scheduled for 10:00 a.m.? In that case, the vehicle can arrive between 9:45 and 10:15 a.m.
Be sure to be ready 15 minutes before the agreed-upon time.

An invoice always covers one full calendar month.
The September invoice therefore includes the trips you took in September.

About 30 minutes before your ride, you or your contact person will receive a reminder via the Reizi app or by email.
The driver will call you about 10 minutes before arrival. From that point on, you can also track the vehicle in real time using the Reizi app.

RMC issues the invoice around the 6th of the following month.
The invoice for September will therefore be issued around October 6.

The driver will wait for a maximum of five minutes from the time the vehicle arrives.
This also applies if the vehicle arrives earlier than the agreed-upon time window.
Therefore, please make sure you are ready 15 minutes before the agreed-upon time.

- your card number;
- your departure address and destination;
- the desired pickup or arrival time;
- a phone number where you can be reached;
- a device or person traveling with you.
Always provide any special details. That way, we can arrange the right vehicle for you.

You will usually be picked up at the door of your home or destination.
At a residential complex, hospital, or shopping center, there may be a designated pickup or waiting area.
If there isn't one, we'll agree on a suitable location together when you book.

If you book at least two hours before your desired pickup time, we can guarantee your ride.

Yes. The driver will take you from door to door.
You won't need to transfer to another vehicle along the way. If necessary, the driver will help you get on and off the vehicle and assist you with your mobility aid.
In a residential complex, the main entrance can serve as the door.
