You can travel throughout the entire municipality of Lansingerland.
Outside of Lansingerland, you can travel to destinations located up to 25 kilometers from your home address.
From a destination within this travel area, you can also travel back to your home address.

The distance is calculated based on the address at which you are registered with the municipality.
As a result, your 25-kilometer travel zone may differ from someone else's.

You pay a fare for each ride. This consists of a base fare and a per-kilometer charge. The standard per-kilometer rate applies for distances up to and including 25 kilometers. An adjusted rate applies for distances between 25 and 30 kilometers, inclusive.

Yes. With the Beltax, you can travel up to 5 kilometers further.
A different rate applies to the kilometers between 25 and 30 kilometers.

No. You only pay for the route between your departure address and your destination.
You won't be charged for any extra kilometers incurred when picking up or dropping off other passengers.

You can pay your fare by direct debit.
If you do not wish to use direct debit, you will receive an invoice and must pay it yourself within 14 days.
You do not pay the driver in cash.

An invoice always covers one full calendar month.
The September invoice therefore includes the trips you took in September.

The vehicle may arrive anywhere from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the agreed-upon time.
For example, do you have a ride scheduled for 10:00 a.m.? In that case, the vehicle can arrive between 9:45 and 10:15 a.m.
Be sure to be ready 15 minutes before the agreed-upon time.

The invoice for September will therefore be issued around October 6.
