What should I do in an emergency?

In the event of a medical emergency, always call 112.

If it's not a medical emergency but you're having trouble with your transportation, please contact RMC at 010 – 200 2010.

Is Reizi accessible to blind and visually impaired travelers?

Yes. The Reizi app and website are designed to be accessible and have been tested for blind and visually impaired users.

Where can I submit a compliment or complaint?

You can submit your compliment or complaint to RMC by phone or email.

Do you have a complaint? We take it seriously. We will review and respond to your complaint within five business days.

What should I do if I move?

Notify the municipality of Lansingerland of your move.

The municipality notifies RMC of any changes. This also applies, for example, to changes regarding your medical device.

What should I do if my phone number changes?

Please provide RMC with your new phone number.

This way, we can easily reach you before and during your ride.

Can someone call me back?

If there is a long wait on the phone, you can choose to have someone call you back.

You'll be told about this option during the phone call. If you choose this option, RMC will automatically call you back.
