What is the Beltax?
The Beltax provides door-to-door transportation for residents of Lansingerland who are unable to use public transportation on their own, or who have difficulty doing so.
You'll be traveling by taxi, taxi bus, or wheelchair-accessible bus. Sometimes you'll be traveling alone, and sometimes with other passengers.

Starting September 1, 2026, RMC will handle your rides with Beltax.
RMC is carrying out this project on behalf of the municipality of Lansingerland. You will receive a new travel pass and can use the Reizi app and Mijn Reizi to arrange your transportation.

The name Beltax and your mileage allowance will remain the same.
Your mileage allowance will automatically be transferred to RMC. You don't need to do anything.

Starting August 18, 2026, you can book rides that take place on or after September 1, 2026.
You can book a ride through the Reizi app, My Reizi, or by phone at 010 – 200 2010.

Call RMC at 010 – 200 2010 and press 3 on the menu.
We will then check whether we have your information on file and what happened to your welcome package.

The amount shown on Noot's June invoice is the starting point for your mileage budget with RMC.
The kilometers you travel in July and August 2026 will not be deducted from your kilometer budget. However, you will pay your normal trip fee for these trips.
Starting in January 2027, you will receive a new mileage allowance.
You will receive your final invoice from Noot in September 2026.
This invoice is for your trips in August 2026.

RMC's first invoice covers your trips in September 2026.
This invoice will be issued around October 6.
Do you have direct debit set up? If so, the amount will be debited from your bank account around October 25.
Are you paying on your own? If so, please pay the invoice within the specified payment term.

The Municipality of Lansingerland determines whether you are eligible to use the Beltax.
The municipality also determines your mileage allowance. RMC then organizes and arranges your trips.

The Municipality of Lansingerland, RMC, and Reizi each have their own role.
- The Municipality of Lansingerland determines who is eligible to travel using the Beltax and what the mileage allowance is.
- RMC plans and arranges your trips.
- Reizi is RMC's app and online platform that lets you arrange your transportation.
In short: Beltax is your transportation provider, RMC handles your ride, and Reizi helps you arrange your transportation.
